Fire Extinguisher Installation & Maintenance

Celtic Fire Security offer a number of Fire Extinguisher servicing and maintenance packages: from a basic fixed fee extinguisher service to a more comprehensive package. Both include Fire Extinguisher testing and fitting. Our service area is vast and we do offer a full national service as required.

No obligation quote

We offer a no obligation quotation service involving a site survey of your fire extinguishers and a quotation service, we endeavor to be on site within 24 hours after the initial request or at a convenient time for you. Our dedicated team of Service Technicians will provide you with an on site quotation or alternatively we will provide a formal headed quotation from the office if required

Once our quote is accepted we also supply an equipment type and location list to be held in the fire log book so you know what you have and where it is as well as when the next discharge test is due.

Basic Fixed Fee

Our basic fixed fee includes testing all your fire extinguishers and also includes service spares for a fixed fee instead of charging individually, giving you better value for money. There is an additional charge for British Standard Extended Services (required every 5 years).

Comprehensive Service

Our comprehensive service is a fixed fee that includes all British Standard Extended Services as well as all service spares.

Fire risk assessment

All businesses with 5 or more employees require a written fire risk assessment. Celtic Fire Security can provide this service and can attend your premises to provide a quotation

We are firm believers that risk assessments must be carried out by independent, reliable and qualified assessors.

Once we have agreed on the correct plan for you we will install the fire extinguishers you require and remove any old ones, leaving you with the service certificate.

Standards and Warranties

All fire extinguishers and fire alarm equipment supplied by Celtic Fire Security carry manufacturers’ warranties. These range from one year to five years depending on equipment and manufacturer. Celtic Fire Security is fully insured as per the legal requirements for our industry.

Our service plans meet the requirements of the relevant British Standards. Our database will flag up when your fire extinguisher or fire alarm service is due and with your agreement we will automatically complete a site service visit or if requested we will phone and book an appointment with you to carry out the work.
