rang about my faulty alarm after numerous unhelpful calls to other companies, and thankfully Dale and Graham were at hand to help me , graham arrived within half an hour and fixed the offending alarm very quickly. brilliant!! so signed up to regular maintenance straight away. cannot praise them enough, and also very resonably priced.

As the Health And Safety Manager responsible for the safety of a major organisation employing a large number of staff, it is refreshing to work with an organisation such as Celtic Fire Security. I have dealt with a number of companies over my long career with varying degrees of satisfaction and its very reassuring to know that Celtic Fire Security take health and safety as seriously as I do. Past experience with other companies produced nothing more than salesmen with tools but these Guys are not in it for the hard sell. Good honest advice is always on offer, I have spent many a half day walking various projects with them for their guidance and input which is always followed up with an emailed action plan in great detail containing budgeting costs to help our forecasting. We were quoted over £800 to replace 5 extinguishers as we were told they were “beyond economical repair” Graham from Celtic Fire came to see us and advised me that they were only due a 5 year test and refill, this we did with Celtic for £50.00 !! That’s a massive saving ! We have obviously recommended them to our other colleagues in the City.
